Rachel Wolfe Brodsky, LMT
Holistic Health Practitioner

As my passion for movement and mindfulness deepened, I traveled to India, where I earned my Yoga Instructor certification and completed my first Vipassana meditation course.

With a desire to immerse myself in nature and studies, I enrolled in the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Heartwood Institute in the coastal mountains of Northern California, where I studied nutritional healing, and a wide spectrum of bodywork and movement therapies.

After the following year of deepening my practice in Montana, I returned to Oregon and discovered Breema®—a profound practice that continues to be the heart of my work. Since 2015, I’ve co-facilitated Breema workshops and retreats throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Each step of this journey has deepened my trust in the body's innate wisdom and its remarkable capacity to heal, transform, and reconnect us with our essential selves. It is an honor to share these practices and support others in discovering greater presence, wholeness, and embodied freedom.

My work is grounded in a deep commitment to personal evolution and embodied living. I am devoted to exploring what becomes possible when we create space to connect within.

The opportunity to study Kundalini Dance in Bali with Leyolah Antara profoundly expanded my own growth and deepened my desire to empower awakened freedom through the body. My certification in Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Lynn Kent took this work to a whole new level, providing a framework that has allowed me to weave together many threads of my life's work and personal journey. I continue to deepen my understanding of healing through the body through certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and an ongoing personal transformation journey with the Inka Medicine Wheel.

My formal education began with a degree in Child Development and Psychology, and many years working with children and families.
